Hello Spring!

Nashville is beautiful in the spring. I took this shot yesterday morning outside of Nissan Stadium.

That being said there are a few things you should know for spring promotions in Nashville. The city is very green and pretty, but that means we have trees and grass that can drive people with spring allergies crazy. Remember to take your allergy medications and bring an inhaler if you have trouble with asthma attacks.

It does get hot in the afternoons on some spring days (I got a little sunburn this weekend), but will remain cool most mornings and evenings. If you get cold you should dress in layers to start the day. Also, always be prepared for some rain (umbrella, poncho, rain jacket, etc). I've seen rain on days where the weather forecast had a 0% chance of rain that morning.

People in Nashville are generally very happy in the spring, and it is a great place to do a promotion. I look forward to the major events our city will host this year, next up is the Country Music Marathon. I will dedicate my next post to the Country Music Marathon and the Marathon Expo.
